Cafe Budi Coffee is a renowned coffee shop chain in Jakarta, known for its high-quality coffee and warm atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for coffee. This is a full-time position based in our Kembangan branch.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Passion for coffee and a keen interest in the coffee industry.
