📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Optimize inventory management and control to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
