📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage import/export processes, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of trade activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage trade finances and ensure timely payments.
• Provide training and support to the trade team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with international trade trends and regulations to advise the team on best practices.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and networking events to build relationships and explore new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with good knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
