📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage high-priority projects across Tempo GROUP’s business units, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project management team.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business development efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project management and business development processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and business development, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience in the media and publishing industry is a plus.
