Max Gold Indonesia is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper use and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong customer service and technical support skills.
