📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Monitor production output and quality to meet established standards and targets.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Keep accurate records of production output, quality, and equipment maintenance.

  • Assist in training and mentoring new production operators.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
