📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support the clinic's growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the clinic's budget and forecast financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records and transactions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant tax laws.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other departments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
