📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.
Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet productivity and reduce operational costs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities.
Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing a fleet of vehicles.
Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
