📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine recruitment needs.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining a database of potential candidates.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
