📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring targets are met.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient business processes.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.,Identify and address any operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a sales or operational environment.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
