📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory,Conduct quality checks on finished products,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the production manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with production software and tools,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Fluent in Indonesian and English
