Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the market.,Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals to stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
