As a Business Development Partner, you'll work closely with local communities, microfinance institutions, and financial service providers to identify and develop new business opportunities. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge of the microfinance sector and your strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships that drive growth and success for all parties involved.

Based in Bali, you'll have the opportunity to work in vibrant cities like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, immersing yourself in the rich cultural and business landscape of the island.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a robust network of microfinance partners and financial service providers.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and due diligence to identify funding opportunities.
• Provide hands-on support to community groups through our platform, helping them access financial resources and services.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Leverage your knowledge of the microfinance sector to drive growth and success for all parties involved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive and effective.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning and development of our business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, microfinance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the microfinance sector and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
