📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to provide financial advice and support.
  • Manage the company's accounting and financial systems, including software and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with financial software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
