📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain users.
• Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize the user experience and drive engagement.
• Implement and track the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Monitor and optimize revenue streams, including subscriptions and partnerships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
• Lead and mentor the growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Report to the CEO on growth metrics and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role in the edtech or digital industry.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of the edtech landscape.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
