In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales of our retail products and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales of retail products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer information.,Assist in the organization and presentation of retail products in the store.,Participate in sales promotions and special events.,Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.,Support the retail manager in achieving sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
