📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
