📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
