📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assisting in the administration of the facility, including maintaining patient records and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.,Ensuring a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining hygiene standards.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care processes.,Providing emotional support to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Active nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.,Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
