Place Town Mandiri is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, as well as ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
  • Ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
  • Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastries.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
