📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are appealing and representative of our company culture.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, conducting interviews and assessments as needed.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
