📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement key account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.,Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.,Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance client value.,Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
