PT Duta Sumber is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kuningan. This is an immediate opportunity to manage our store and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.

Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.

Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.

Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Participate in store improvement initiatives.

Manage store budget and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.

Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

Good understanding of inventory management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
