📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Create user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with creating and maintaining documentation for software products,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Passion for technology and a desire to learn and stay updated with industry trends
