In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with a wide range of regulations, including but not limited to, labor laws, environmental standards, and data protection regulations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all operations are compliant, and you will be the go-to person for any legal or regulatory queries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks and implement controls to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of our operations to ensure compliance.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to various departments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that our compliance programs are adjusted accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of our compliance activities.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external legal and regulatory bodies to ensure our compliance with their requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of labor, environmental, and data protection laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with compliance management software, such as ComplianceQuest or similar tools.
