📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of mixed-signal IC designers in Bali, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure the successful integration of mixed-signal ICs into end products.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mixed-signal IC design and semiconductor technology, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Work closely with the R&D team to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all design and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design, with a strong background in analog and digital circuit design.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of mixed-signal IC designers.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in mixed-signal IC design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
