Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement production schedules and inventory plans to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.Train and mentor junior staff on production planning and inventory management best practices.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and inventory management.Provide regular reports to management on production performance and inventory levels.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory management.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
