📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electronics manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Conduct performance tests and calibrations to maintain equipment accuracy.
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in electronics manufacturing.
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing equipment, such as SMT machines, AOI systems, and inspection equipment.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for equipment maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
