This is a contract-based role that offers a competitive salary of IDR 12,000,000 - 18,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of lifting equipment on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lifting equipment
• Provide training and guidance to lifting operators
• Monitor and report on lifting operations to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Investigate and report on accidents or incidents involving lifting equipment
• Ensure that all lifting operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Proven experience working on heavy construction and infrastructure projects
• Certification as a Lifting Supervisor or equivalent
• Knowledge of lifting equipment and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
