📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement production schedules and inventory plans to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on production planning and inventory management best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and inventory management.
  • Provide regular reports to management on production performance and inventory levels.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
