📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and PLC programming software to identify and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve system performance.
• Document troubleshooting processes and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Certifications in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
