In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals. You will ensure that all assets are properly tracked, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with company policies and industry standards. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust IT asset management system using tools like ServiceNow and Snipe-IT. Additionally, you will provide support to the IT team and end-users to ensure that all IT assets are properly managed and maintained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain all IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure that all assets are properly tracked, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain a robust IT asset management system using tools like ServiceNow and Snipe-IT.
• Provide support to the IT team and end-users to ensure that all IT assets are properly managed and maintained.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all IT assets are properly maintained and supported.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management and maintenance of IT assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and care of IT assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Proven experience with IT asset management tools like ServiceNow and Snipe-IT.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and best practices for asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
