📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEP systems on construction sites
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
• Train and supervise field workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP field supervision or a similar role
• Certification in MEP systems (e.g., LEED AP, BREEAM, or other relevant certifications)
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
